The European project Ancient Pathos is a journey involving four partners from four European countries. The aim is the search for common European cultural characteristics. This allowed for an intercultural dialogue and the creation of a common platform on European culture. The basic concept is to incorporate new elements into ancient tragedy in order to achieve a contemporary dimension.
Each participant created their own show and a common performance with the others, working in multidisciplinary teams made up of people from different countries, backgrounds and levels of experience. The performances took place from 6 to 8 June at the Teatro Camploy, the Teatro Filippini and the Museo Maffeiano.
